This Bid Bulletin No. 1 is hereby issued for the information and guidance of all prospective bidders. It shall form an integral part of the bid documents in the implementation of the above-mentioned project.

The Bidding Documents is hereby amended to read as follows:

Attached is the Amended Invitation to Bid for the above-mentioned program.

All other pages not herein modified shall remain in full force and effect.

The Department of Education, Division of Davao City, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites suppliers/ manufacturers/ distributors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:

Bid Documents in CD Form will be available only to prospective bidders starting June 1 to 28, 2016 during office hours, upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Php25,000.00, to the DepED, Division of Davao City Cashier. Only those who have purchased the bidding documents shall be allowed to participate in the pre-bid conference and raise written queries or clarifications.

Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to download the electronic copy of the Bidding Documents from the PhilGEPS website for them to be included in the Document Request List (DRL) of the project.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”

Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend. Late bids shall not be accepted.

The DepED, Division of Davao City,reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders.
