DepEd Davao City Implements the Customer Feedback App PDF Print E-mail


DAVAO CITY—The Department of Education Division of Davao City implemented the Customer Feedback Survey, one of the Information Communications Technology (ICT)-enabled reforms of the Department of Education Division of Davao City.

“The Customer Feedback App is one way to strengthen the implementation of data gathering in relation to the quality of services our clients receive in their transactions inside the Division office,” Education Program Specialist Emmanuel Alpha Sicam of the ISO Certification Office said in an interview.

SDS Maria Ines C. Asuncion highlights the importance of the said APP for all government employees working for the Department of Education. “The information will enable us to greatly improve on the execution of individual and office functions. This will be a vital tool for all of us to assess the working performance of all individuals and units. Furthermore, this technological device is definitely one of the best and helpful reforms to ensure that the services rendered are of high quality, in accordance with the core values of integrity, honesty, and conscientious servitude, which this department has stood for, through the years,” SDS Asuncion said.

The Department of Education Davao City Division spearheaded by the Schools Division Superintendent, Dr. Maria Ines C. Asuncion CESO V, and Assistant Schools Division Superintendents, Dr. Emma A. Camporedondo, and ASDS DR. Basilio Mana-ay Jr., and all the offices and schools under the Department of Education Division of Davao City shall continue the dynamism to adhere to the implementation of DepEd programs, projects, and activities, geared for the welfare of all learners, clients, and stakeholders in society.
