Project INNOTeach: 21st Century Teaching and Learning Print

Davao City—The Project INNOTeach: 21st Century Teaching and Learning Turnover Ceremony was officiated at the DepEd Davao City Division Office on October 22, 2018, Monday.

“Through the implementation of action researches in all schools, I have learned that teachers are able to express their passion in teaching,” Dr. Emmie M. Cabanlit, project leader of the Project Innoteach, said during the turn-over ceremony.

Dr. Danilo B. Pacoy, Vice President of the RDE and the representative of Dr. Lourdes C. Generalao, University president shared that through the Innoteach, the educators are producing a (shift) in the direction—from a premier research university to an entrepreneurial university, the international trend at present. Furthermore, the knowledge produced shall be communicated to the community for the development of new technology and innovation.
“With a total of 94 action researches co-written with DepEd teachers of Innoteach, USEP and DepEd mutually benefit from each other,” Dr. Mervin Sascon said.
Dr. Reunaldo Nogodula described Project Innoteach as a project that is ripened through time, and emphasized that the methodology used in Innoteach produce the most effective results, which is hoped to be sustained by DepEd.
The Department of Education Davao City Division spearheaded by the Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Maria Ines C. Asuncion CESO V, with the Assistant Schools Division Superintendents Dr. Emma Camporedondo CESE and Dr. Basilio Mana-ay Jr., CESE ensure its full commitment in crafting educational programs and forging partnerships with the stakeholders in society in order to ensure the delivery of quality education for all students.
