altProject INNOTeach, a partnership with the University of Southeastern Philippines,  is one of the countless efforts of the Department of Education Davao City Division in addressing the challenges of the 21st century teaching and learning.

Mack Arthur Gamayot, Senior Education Program Specialist, Emmie Cabanlit, EdD., INNOTeach Project Leader, and some faculty of USEP conducted coaching to school researchers last June 27 , 2018 at My Hotel, Davao City. The expertise in research of Reynaldo M. Nogodula, EdD.,OIC- Dean of the College of Education and Lindy C. Lulab , EdD., Associate Professor V also gave impact in leading the changes in school and classroom practices through action research.

The action research by Paulino S. Angga, a teacher of Davao City Special School, entitled Improving the Learning Behavior of a Student Mainstreamed in the Regular Class Through 360- Degree Strategy was appreciated by the research panel. The study was evaluated to be simple yet relevant.

With greater accountability, the Schools Division Superintendent Maria Ines C. Asuncion, CESO V firmly believes that it is critical that schools have leaders who are equipped to improve teaching and learning through research-based plans and decisions.
